Despite Groot's fear of being arrested, the team breaches a Nova Corps net to enter the Quarantine Zone to kick off Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Although there is no initial intel on what the monster looks like, Rocket assures the team that his devices will bring the beast to them. Rocket builds the Thumpers to create a loud noise in order to lure the creature out of its hiding spot.

He places Thumper devices in the ground, but one of them malfunctions, and Star-Lord will need to find a new battery for it. In the Quarantine Zone, players will need to search for a monster to sell to Lady Hellbender, and Rocket has a way to help catch one by drawing it out. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy will have players searching for a charged battery in Chapter 1.
